9 More Women File Lawsuit Against Bill Cosby for Alleged s**ual Assaults Decades Ago

Nine additional women have come forward to sue for s**ual assault, following the recent removal of the statute of limitations on such cases in the state.

The lawsuit was filed in Nevada federal court on Wednesday, with the women claiming that the 85-year-old actor and comedian used his power and fame to isolate and assault them.

According to the lawsuit, Cosby allegedly drugged and assaulted the women between 1979 and 1992 in various locations including homes, dressing rooms, and hotels across Nevada.

This legal action comes just two weeks after Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo signed a bill eliminating the two-year deadline for adults to sue their alleged abusers for damages resulting from s**ual abuse.

Similar “lookback laws” have been approved in California, New York, and New Jersey, where Cosby also faces s**ual assault lawsuits.

In the Nevada lawsuit, the plaintiffs further allege that Cosby feigned interest in helping them or advancing their careers as a means to isolate and s**ually assault them.

Notably, former model and reality TV star Janice Dickinson, who testified against Cosby in his 2018 criminal trial, is among the accusers.

Dickinson's testimony aimed to demonstrate that Cosby's assault of Andrea Constand in 2004 was not an isolated incident.

The recently filed lawsuit states that Dickinson was allegedly raped by Cosby at a hotel in Lake Tahoe after he provided her with a pill to alleviate menstrual pain.

Cosby previously served nearly three years in state prison for drugging and s**ually assaulting Constand, a former employee of Temple University's women's basketball team, before his conviction was overturned, leading to his release in 2021.

Last year, Cosby was ordered to pay $500,000 in damages to a woman who claimed he s**ually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion when she was 16.

Over the years, more than 60 women have accused Cosby of rape, s**ual assault, and s**ual harassment.

Cosby continues to deny all allegations.

In response to the recent lawsuit, Cosby's publicist, Andrew Wyatt, criticized the plaintiffs' complaint, stating that they are “able to monetize false allegations” against Cosby.

Wyatt accused the Merson Law Firm, representing the accusers, of fueling false narratives for media attention and personal gain.

Cosby maintains his innocence and vehemently denies all the allegations made against him.

The full complaint can be found below.
