Rebecca Loos, the woman linked to an alleged affair with David Beckham in the early 2000s, recently shared how she felt deeply wounded after supposedly stumbling upon him with another woman.
The 46-year-old former personal assistant disclosed that she found the then-Real Madrid player, now 48, conversing with a Spanish model at a party, concealed at the garden’s end during her interview with the Daily Mail Sunday.
The event took place at soccer icon Ronaldo Nazário’s residence on September 22, 2003.
Loos recalled the ambiance of the gathering, filled with delectable food, a lively Brazilian samba band, and abundant champagne.
However, things took an unexpected turn when David’s wife, Victoria Beckham, phoned her in distress.
According to Loos, Victoria was upset as David was unresponsive to her calls.
Feeling perplexed, Loos stated she had no knowledge of his whereabouts, prompting Victoria to instruct her to locate him.
Feeling uneasy, Loos headed into the house and up the stairs where she noticed two bodyguards stationed outside a closed door.
She informed them about Victoria calling, leading one of the guards to enter the room swiftly.
Upon his return, David accompanied him, with the model visible in the background lying on the bed in what appeared to be a bedroom.
Loos expressed her anger, handing David the phone while stating, ‘Your wife.’
The former England captain reportedly engaged in a hushed conversation with his Spice Girls singer spouse before returning the phone to Loos, leaving her feeling deeply hurt by the situation.
Reflecting on the incident, Loos described experiencing a sense of self-reproach, acknowledging David’s manipulative hold over her during that period.
David’s representative has been contacted for comment regarding Loos’ claims but has yet to respond.
In a shocking 2004 revelation, Loos initially disclosed her alleged involvement with the married athlete during an interview.
Despite her claims, David, along with other women alleging romantic ties to the Inter Miami co-owner during his marriage, denied the accusations.
David addressed the challenging period in the recent “Beckham” documentary on Netflix, emphasizing his strong bond with Victoria and their commitment to fight for their relationship and family.
Currently residing in Norway with her husband and two children, Loos spoke out against the documentary to defend herself, highlighting her courage in standing up for the truth amidst her family’s awareness of the past events.
