The incident allegedly occurred when McCollough unintentionally interrupted a conversation between Sutherland and actress Brooke Shields, resulting in an unexpected confrontation.

According to witnesses, McCollough, the co-founder of the esteemed fashion label Proenza Schouler, received a forceful head-b*tt from Sutherland during the encounter.

While initial reports suggested that McCollough sustained a broken nose, he later clarified to authorities that he only suffered a minor cut on his nose.
