Princess Catherine is set to spread some holiday joy as she receives the backing of King Charles III at an upcoming Christmas carol service.
Scheduled for December 15 at Westminster Abbey, the event will see the British monarch and his wife, Queen Camilla, alongside the Princess of Wales and Prince William, coming together for a special royal gathering.
The initiative, spearheaded by Princess Catherine and supported by the Royal Foundation, aims to unite various members of the royal family with charity workers, community volunteers, frontline heroes, and military personnel in a celebration of the profound impact of human connections.
Buckingham Palace announced on Tuesday that this year's festive occasion will pay homage to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, highlighting the values she exemplified throughout her reign, such as duty, empathy, faith, service, kindness, compassion, and support for others.
The release from Buckingham Palace further stated that these core principles will be mirrored by the distinguished guests invited to the Abbey, recognizing their relentless efforts in assisting and caring for those in need.
Last year, Catherine hosted her inaugural Christmas concert at Westminster Abbey, honoring individuals and organizations across the UK who selflessly supported their communities during the challenging times of the pandemic.
