The infamous film featuring Marilyn Monroe engaging in intimate activities with John F. Kennedy has disappeared mysteriously after it was put up for auction in 2014!
The estimated worth of the tape was a staggering $10 million, depicting a scandalous encounter involving Marilyn, JFK, and his brother Robert Kennedy.
Allegedly filmed on an 8mm home-movie reel, the footage was under the possession of collector David Castleberry, a former celebrity bodyguard.
Castleberry claimed the explicit content was authentic, stating he held onto it for years out of respect for Joe DiMaggio, Marilyn's tumultuous ex-husband.
However, the tape vanished under peculiar circumstances.
Castleberry encountered financial difficulties while making payments on a $200,000 legal judgment, leading to the seizure of the s=x tape and his entire memorabilia collection by the sheriff due to unpaid debts.
Consequently, the steamy film was scheduled for auction by the Tulare County Sheriff's office in California.
This missing footage would have corroborated long-standing rumors in Washington and Hollywood about Marilyn's alleged affairs with both Kennedy siblings and even Teddy Kennedy.
Private investigator Fred Otash had previously admitted to surveilling JFK and Monroe during their romance, claiming to possess an audio s=x tape of the duo.
Allegedly, Marilyn expressed feeling exploited by the brothers, likening herself to a mere object.
Moments before the auction was set to commence, it was abruptly called off as Castleberry's debt was miraculously settled by an unknown benefactor.
Speculation arose that Caroline Kennedy, a member of the Kennedy clan, may have intervened to prevent the dissemination of the controversial tape.
Sources close to the family disclosed that Caroline took decisive action fearing the release of any damaging material tarnishing her father's legacy online.
Upholding a promise made by her mother, Jackie Kennedy, to protect JFK's reputation, Caroline was dedicated to preserving her father's memory and shielding it from potential scandalous revelations.
In 2014, Caroline was striving to restore her own credibility after being appointed as the U.S. ambassador to Japan by Barack Obama.
Reports suggest that she was keen on safeguarding her father's image by any means necessary, carrying on the tradition of shielding the family's history from public scrutiny.
Rumors circulated that Ted Kennedy had expressed a similar desire to suppress any compromising tapes involving him, hinting at a collective effort within the family to ensure that no incriminating material surfaces regarding their patriarch.
If Caroline indeed played a role in preventing the exposure of her father's intimate encounters, it's highly unlikely that any s=x tape involving JFK will ever come to light.
