In recent news, renowned actor Sylvester Stallone finds himself embroiled in allegations of inappropriate behavior, joining the list of Hollywood personalities facing accusations of s–ual misconduct.
The incident reportedly took place in 1986 during the filming of the movie “Over the Top” in Las Vegas.
The initial disclosure came to light in 2016 through the Baltimore Post Examiner and resurfaced recently in the Daily Mail.
According to a police report from 31 years ago, a 16-year-old girl engaged in consensual relations with Stallone, which was deemed lawful under Nevada's age of consent laws.
However, the young woman alleged that Stallone involved his bodyguard, identified as Mike de Luca, in the encounter.
She claimed that de Luca coerced her into performing oral s=x and subsequently engaged in s–ual activity with her.
Further details from the report suggest that Stallone cautioned the girl against disclosing the events, citing the marital status of both men.
Allegedly, Stallone warned her that revealing the incident would result in severe consequences, including physical harm.
Responding to the accusations, Stallone's representative, Michelle Bega, vehemently denied the claims, dismissing them as baseless and entirely fabricated.
Bega stated that neither Stallone nor his team had prior knowledge of the purported incident until its recent circulation.
Additionally, she emphasized that Stallone had not been approached by authorities or individuals regarding this matter, asserting its falsehood.
Tragically, Mike de Luca met a fatal end during a traffic stop in California back in
