Ariana Grande’s Doughnut Shop Antics Triple Sales

The owner of Wolfee Donuts in Lake Elsinore, California is not letting Ariana Grande's saliva-spewing incident dampen his business.

Despite being furious about the pop star's pastry-licking and anti-American comments, Joe Marin has seen a threefold increase in sales since Grande and her boyfriend Ricky Alvarez visited the shop on the Fourth of July.

Marin expressed his anger at Grande's disrespectful behavior, stating that she licked the frosted doughnuts and even spat on the powdered ones.

However, the incident has inadvertently turned the doughnut shop into a pop sensation.

Surveillance footage captured Grande licking the pastries, which were mistakenly left out on the counter.

When another tray appeared, she made derogatory remarks about Americans and expressed her disgust.

The 22-year-old singer later released a video on YouTube to apologize for what she referred to as “the doughnut fiasco,” but did not explicitly admit to slobbering on the baked goods.

Marin, however, confirmed that spittle was indeed involved.

Marin's concern goes beyond the disrespect shown to his doughnuts; he worries that a customer could have potentially become ill.

The local Health Department shares this sentiment and downgraded Wolfee Donuts from an “A” to a “B” rating due to the incident.

The inspector cited the incorrect placement of the doughnuts on the counter as the reason for the downgrade.

In an effort to expose Grande's actions, Marin released the security video to TMZ and provided a copy to the local sheriff's department.

He is now awaiting their evaluation to determine whether he should press charges against the pop star.

Despite the controversy surrounding Ariana Grande's visit to Wolfee Donuts, the doughnut shop has experienced a significant boost in sales.

Marin remains enraged, but the increased customer traffic has undoubtedly been beneficial for his business.
