Tiffani Thiessen Reveals She Almost Played Rachel on Friends

In a surprising revelation, Tiffani Thiessen, best known for her role as Kelly Kapowski on Saved by the Bell, shared that she auditioned for the iconic role of Rachel Green on Friends.

During an interview on SiriusXM's You Up With Nikki Glaser, the 44-year-old actress confessed that she came very close to landing the part but ultimately lost out due to her age.

Thiessen, who was just 20 years old at the time, felt that she was “a little too young” compared to the rest of the cast.

, who eventually secured the role of Rachel, was 25 years old, making her the youngest among the six leads of the popular sitcom.
