Alfred Hitchcock’s Attempt to Destroy Tippi Hedren’s Career after Refusing s**ual Demands Revealed

Despite her reservations, Hedren found herself cast as Melanie Daniels in The Birds, a highly anticipated project.

Hitchcock made it clear that she belonged to him, forbidding co-stars like Rod Taylor and from interacting with her.

Hitchcock's obsession with Hedren led to a disturbing incident where he attempted to force himself on her in front of a crowd.

The abuse continued, and during the filming of a scene where birds attack her character, Hedren was injured by real birds.

Hedren endured further harassment, including requests for physical contact and surveillance.

Hitchcock even had a mask of Hedren made for unknown purposes.

The situation escalated to a climax when Hitchcock s**ually assaulted her, threatening to ruin her career if she resisted.

True to his word, Hitchcock prevented Universal from submitting her performance in The Birds for an Academy Award, and he spread rumors about her lack of talent around Hollywood.

Hedren's career suffered for two years until she finally regained her freedom.

Despite the damage done by Hitchcock, Hedren refused to let him ruin her life.

She has since continued acting and fighting back against his control.
