Police Launch Investigation into Charlie Sheen’s Alleged HIV Scandal

is under investigation by the police regarding claims that he had s**ual relations with women while being HIV positive.

The National Enquirer and Radar Online were the first to reveal that Sheen was the Hollywood star diagnosed with the potentially deadly virus.

Sheen, who has a long list of famous ex-wives and girlfriends, including Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller, has previously boasted about sleeping with over 5000 women.

According to an insider quoted in the Enquirer, Sheen did not take any precautions despite engaging in high-risk s**ual activities.

Sheen is scheduled to do a tell-all interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show this week, where it is anticipated he will confirm his diagnosis.

While NBC has not disclosed the details of the interview, it is expected to be a revealing personal announcement.

Lachlan Cartwright, executive editor at Radar Online, explained that his team decided to proceed with the story after learning about Sheen's upcoming interview.

He stated that Sheen's camp was trying to downplay the situation, but the consequences for Sheen could be severe.

It is a crime in California to engage in s**ual activities without disclosing one's HIV status.

Police sources have confirmed that they will investigate the allegations made against Sheen.

At least four women have come forward claiming to have had unprotected s** with him during the period when he was HIV positive.

Cartwright also revealed that Sheen is facing financial ruin due to the substantial legal fees and payouts to the women involved.

Despite once being the highest-paid TV actor, earning $1.8 million per episode on Anger Management, Sheen has already paid out approximately $5 million.

With more women expected to come forward, his expenses are likely to increase.

In addition to the financial consequences, Sheen could potentially face criminal charges.

Last week, The Sun reported that a “Hollywood superstar” with a history of high-profile relationships had been diagnosed with HIV.

The actor allegedly refused to go public with the diagnosis due to fears of lawsuits from his previous partners.

The Sun claimed to know the actor's identity and stated that it was information he had known for several years.

, known for his eccentric behavior and controversial interviews, has been married three times and has five children.

He has also been engaged to adult film star Scottine Ross.

Sheen gained notoriety after being fired from the hit TV show Two and a Half Men in 2011.

Since then, he has appeared in Anger Management, which ended in 2014.

The law regarding HIV varies depending on the jurisdiction.

In the United States, those who fail to disclose their HIV status to s**ual partners or engage in harmful actions such as biting or spitting can face lengthy jail sentences and be registered as s** offenders.

At least 32 states have HIV-specific criminal statutes, and numerous prosecutions have taken place.

New Zealand also has laws in place to protect against the transmission of HIV, including charges of criminal nuisance and wounding with intent.

The case of Charlie Sheen highlights the importance of disclosure and the potential legal ramifications for those who do not take proper precautions.

As more details emerge about Sheen's situation, it is clear that his actions could have serious consequences for his personal and financial well-being.
