Former WWE star Rhaka Khan has filed a lawsuit against Dwayne Johnson, also known as The Rock, accusing him of conspiring to kidnap her and her children.
Khan, who worked under the name Trenasha Biggers during her wrestling career, has been engaged in a legal battle for several months and has now included Johnson, along with other famous individuals and government agencies, in her lawsuit.
The $3 billion lawsuit alleges that Johnson, along with The Miz, Maryse, The Bella Twins, and former backstage agent Steve Keirn, conspired against Khan and her children in ongoing criminal cases in the Texas court system.
Additionally, the lawsuit implicates corporations, government agencies, and other wrestling personalities in a conspiracy to interfere in Khan's child custody and aggravated kidnapping case.
Surprisingly, while Johnson is one of the prominent names in the lawsuit, he is not the only one involved.
The list of defendants also includes the FBI, New Mexico Police Department, Home Depot, The EI Pase Child Protective Services, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Bank Of America, NYPD, Billy Corgan, Mick Folley, late Chris Benoit, Jim Cornette, Con Edison, and Michael Jordan, among others.
In her $3 billion lawsuit, Khan alleges that all these parties conspired to kidnap her and her children.
As of now, none of the defendants have responded to the lawsuit, as the court has yet to proceed with the case.
Khan was last seen in the WWE World in 2011.
