Vin Diesel and Charlize Theron have been co-stars in the Fast and Furious franchise since the eighth installment, and they recently reunited for the latest movie, Fast X.
The chemistry between them on-screen has been both deceptive and passionate, depending on the storyline.
Regardless, it has worked out well for both the characters they portray and the actors themselves.
Feuds are not uncommon in Hollywood and they often result in franchises being affected, actors leaving their iconic roles, and other consequences.
One such feud involved Diesel and Dwayne Johnson.
However, this isn't the only conflict that the Fast and Furious franchise has witnessed.
Theron and Diesel had their own quarrel as well.
Charlize Theron expressed her dissatisfaction with Vin Diesel's kissing skills during a particular scene in Fate of the Furious, where they played Cipher and Dominic Toretto.
While Diesel boasted about the experience and claimed that Theron thoroughly enjoyed the kiss, her perspective differed greatly.
“He's going around saying I had the best time of my life.
They ask him, ‘Do you think she liked it?'
and he says, ‘Oh yeah, oh yeah, she loved it,'” Theron revealed.
Theron revealed that Diesel had been spreading false information about how the kiss actually went.
According to her, Diesel kissed like a dead fish, a description that neither actor appreciated.
Theron felt the need to set the record straight and address the lies being spread about her, just as Diesel's side of the story had gained attention.
Diesel continuously boasted about his passionate kiss with Charlize Theron, believing that she reciprocated his enthusiasm.
However, Theron debunked these claims.
“A kiss tells the truth, lips can't lie.
No, they didn't.
She OWNED it,” Diesel proudly stated.
Theron was determined to counteract the reputation that Diesel had created for her.
She actively refuted his claims and stated the opposite of what he had been saying.
