The internet went into a frenzy after Jada confirmed the relationship during a Red Table Talk discussion with her husband, Will Smith.
However, it seems that Will may have also had his own extramarital “entanglement.”
Observant fans on Twitter caught on to hints dropped by Will during the conversation, leading to Margot Robbie's name trending on the platform.
Margot Robbie and Will Smith previously worked together on two films: Focus, released in 2015, and Suicide Squad, released in 2016.
When news of the sequel to Suicide Squad broke, Robbie and the rest of the cast returned, but Smith did not.
He cited schedule conflicts as the reason for his absence, but fans speculated that there might be more to the story.
While there is no concrete evidence linking Will to an affair during their separation, viewers of the Red Table Talk noticed how both Will and Jada wanted to move past their difficult period.
Jada acknowledged the challenges they faced, stating, “You and I were going through a very difficult time,” while Will nodded in agreement.
She added, “All marriages have that.
And we decided that we were going to separate for a period of time…
I really felt like at that point in time we could be over.”
In 2018, during an interview on TIDAL's Rap Radar podcast, Will expressed his loyalty to Jada, referring to themselves as “life partners.”
It seems that their relationship has only grown stronger since then.
