Shania Twain, the renowned country star, has opened up about some embarrassing moments that she would rather keep hidden from the public eye.
During an episode of “Watch What Happens Live” on Thursday night, Twain played a game called “That Does Impress Me Much” with Andy Cohen and Patricia Arquette.
It was during this game that the singer admitted to wetting herself on stage in front of her audience multiple times.
Being constantly on stage due to her various headlining tours, including her current Now Tour, Twain went into detail about one particular incident in which she managed to conceal her little accident.
Recalling the event, Twain said, “I was very clever in this one moment.
I stood up from my chair to sing, and I peed myself.
But you know what?
I just knocked my glass of water over, and the puddle blended right in.”
Thankful for wearing a skirt at the time, she continued, “I stood up, everything came out, but I appeared dry and the glass of water was conveniently there on the seat.
When you’re dyslexic like me, you learn to think ahead and improvise.”
Twain also shared another embarrassing incident involving her being locked out of her hotel room while n^ked, desperately searching for a bathroom.
Recounting the awkward situation, she said, “I was in Rome with my husband, and the room was so small.
That night, I went to bed n^ked and suddenly felt the urge to pee.
So, I opened the wrong door, and it led me to the hallway.
I started knocking on the door, trying to get back in.
My husband asked, ‘What are you doing out there?’
I replied, ‘I thought the bathroom was here.'”
During their game, Patricia Arquette also confessed to some interesting experiences of her own.
She revealed that she was arrested at the age of 15 for grand theft and once worked undercover for a private detective, wearing a wire.
Arquette humorously stated, “I’m quite mysterious, you know.”
Twain’s new series, Real Country, can be seen on USA Network every Tuesday at 10 p.m.
