Charlie Sheen Faces Lawsuit for Exposing Ex-Girlfriend to HIV

In a recent lawsuit, an unnamed ex-girlfriend of has accused him of exposing her to HIV and discouraging her from taking antiretroviral drugs.

The suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court on Thursday, refers to the defendant as the “confidential male defendant.”

This individual learned of his HIV positive status in 2011 and publicly discussed it on national television on November 17, 2015, and June 21, 2016.

Sheen also revealed his HIV positive status on “The Today Show” on November 17, 2015, and provided an update on June 21, 2016.

Identified only as Jane Doe, the plaintiff is described as a Russian émigré.

This is the second time Sheen has faced a lawsuit for allegedly exposing a former partner to HIV.

In December 2015, his ex-fiancée Scottine Ross filed a similar suit, which included allegations of physical and emotional abuse alongside HIV exposure.

That particular case was referred to arbitration.

According to the latest lawsuit, the plaintiff began a s**ual relationship with Sheen in September 2015.

She claims to have asked him about any s**ually transmitted diseases, and he repeatedly assured her that he was disease-free.

Initially, they used latex condoms, but engaged in unprotected oral s**.

On October 26, 2015, they had unprotected intercourse, she alleges.

Afterwards, Sheen reportedly informed her that he was HIV positive and provided her with two pills to prevent transmission.

Distressed by this revelation, the plaintiff sought emergency medical treatment the following day.

She was advised to take antiretroviral medication for several weeks.

A few days later, the couple argued about the exposure, as stated in the lawsuit.

Sheen blamed her for the situation and insisted that he was “noble” for disclosing his HIV status at all.

He justified not previously revealing his condition by stating that it was “none of [her] f—ing business.”

Sheen also dismissed the necessity of the prescribed medication and warned her against believing “the convenient rumors of the medical community.”

According to the suit, Sheen made bizarre statements, claiming that “Apocalypse” had “cleansed” her soul and that he possessed the ability to “see the future,” assuring her that she would be fine.

The lawsuit quotes Sheen as saying, “This is more about … not if, but when you do come down with this [HIV], that we're together and at least we have each other.”

Furthermore, the suit alleges that Sheen used racial slurs, referring to himself as “the dumbest f—ing n—– in the room.”

He also referred to other women who threatened him with legal action over HIV exposure as “f—ing n—–s” guilty of “treason,” which he claimed was “punishable by death.”

The defendant's name remains undisclosed due to a non-disclosure agreement signed by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff's attorney, Gary Dordick, seeks to invalidate the agreement on the grounds of coercion.

Martin Singer, Sheen's attorney, was unavailable for comment.
