Angie Bowie, the ex-wife of singer David Bowie, has recently opened up about an unexpected encounter she had in 1973.
In an interview with The Sun, Angie revealed that she walked in on David and Mick Jagger, the frontman of The Rolling Stones, n^ked in bed together.
According to Angie, when she arrived home one morning, her assistant informed her about the shocking scene she had witnessed.
Laughing, the assistant said, “You won’t believe this.
David and Mick Jagger.”
Curiosity piqued, Angie went upstairs and knocked on the bedroom door, greeting the two musicians with a cheery “Morning!
Ready for breakfast, boys?”
As Angie entered the room, she found David hiding under a pile of pillows and duvets, while Mick’s leg was sticking out from the other side of the bed.
Sensing their severe hangovers, Angie asked them if they had a good night.
She took pity on them, seeing how they could hardly speak due to their condition.
Despite the surprising discovery, Angie doesn’t believe that David’s relationship with Mick Jagger was anything serious.
She downplays it as “drunken pawing” rather than a profound love affair.
