Nine Additional Women File Lawsuit Against Bill Cosby for Alleged s**ual Assaults Decades Ago

In a recent development, nine more women have come forward to accuse of s**ual assault.

The lawsuit was filed in Nevada federal court and alleges that the 85-year-old actor used his power, fame, and influence to isolate and assault them.

These women claim that Cosby drugged and assaulted them between 1979 and 1992 in various locations such as homes, dressing rooms, and hotels across Nevada.

This lawsuit comes just after the state of Nevada eliminated the statute of limitations on such cases, allowing adults to sue their alleged perpetrators for damages from s**ual abuse at any time.

Similar laws have been implemented in California, New York, and New Jersey, where Cosby also faces s**ual assault lawsuits.

The plaintiffs in the Nevada lawsuit further allege that Cosby pretended to be interested in helping them or their careers as a way to isolate and s**ually assault them.

Among the accusers is Janice Dickinson, a former model and reality TV star who testified against Cosby in his 2018 criminal trial.

Her testimony aimed to demonstrate that Cosby's alleged assault of Andrea Constand in 2004 was not an isolated incident.

According to the recently filed lawsuit, Dickinson claims to have been raped by Cosby at a hotel in Lake Tahoe after he gave her a pill for menstrual pain.

Cosby had previously served nearly three years in state prison for drugging and s**ually assaulting Constand, a former employee of his alma mater, Temple University, before his conviction was overturned and he was released in 2021.

In addition, Cosby was ordered to pay $500,000 in damages last year to a woman who accused him of s**ual assault when she was 16 at the Playboy Mansion.

More than 60 women have come forward over the years, accusing Cosby of rape, s**ual assault, and s**ual harassment.

However, Cosby continues to deny all allegations.

In response to the lawsuit, Cosby's publicist, Andrew Wyatt, criticized the plaintiffs' complaint.

He stated that it is disappointing to see false allegations being monetized and claimed that the Merson Law Firm and the accusers are seeking media fame and greed.

Cosby maintains his innocence and vehemently denies all the allegations against him.

The full complaint can be found below.
