John Travolta has been hit with a federal lawsuit filed by two massage therapists who allege that he assaulted and s**ually battered them.
The suit includes explicit details of one of the alleged incidents.
Travolta's lawyer has strongly denied the claims made by both plaintiffs, calling the first plaintiff's claims “complete fiction.”
According to court documents filed last Friday, the first incident allegedly took place on January 16, 2012, at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
During a two-hour session in a bungalow, Travolta is accused of repeatedly groping a male massage therapist and masturbating himself.
The lawsuit claims that the first plaintiff, an unidentified Texas native, suffered severe emotional distress as a result of the incident.
The lawsuit is seeking $2 million in damages.
Travolta's representative released a statement dismissing the lawsuit as a complete fabrication, stating that none of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred.
A second male therapist, who alleges that he was s**ually assaulted by Travolta at an Atlanta hotel on January 25, has also been added to the lawsuit.
Travolta's lawyer has called this second claim equally absurd and ridiculous.
The statement from Travolta's representative questions why the first plaintiff is identified only as “John Doe” in the court filing.
The representative argues that the plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, is fully aware that the suit is baseless.
Travolta's statement also accuses the plaintiffs' attorney, Okorie Okorocha, of filing the suit in order to gain publicity.
It further states that once the suit is thrown out of court, Travolta will sue Okorocha for malicious prosecution.
Okorocha, however, asserts that he is not intimidated and says that he is in discussions with Travolta's lawyer to add more potential plaintiffs.
He claims that he would not have filed the suit if he had been told that Travolta had evidence to prove he was not in California on the day of the alleged incident.
Travolta, who has been married to actress Kelly Preston for 20 years, has faced personal tragedy before.
In January 2009, their eldest son Jett died of a seizure while the family was on vacation in the Bahamas.
The lawsuit alleges that Travolta called the first plaintiff, an online masseur who charges $200 per hour, to arrange for a massage.
Travolta allegedly picked him up in a black Lexus SUV and drove him to the Beverly Hills Hotel.
Once inside the bungalow, Travolta reportedly stripped n^ked in front of the plaintiff and a professional chef.
The lawsuit claims that during the massage, Travolta purposefully slid the towel down to reveal his buttocks multiple times, despite being reminded by the therapist that state law required clients to be fully draped.
The suit alleges that Travolta touched and grabbed the therapist's p-nis and apologized, suggesting that they must have misunderstood each other.
He then asked the therapist to switch places on the table for a “reverse massage” and offered to perform a s**ual act on him.
The therapist, feeling afraid for his safety, agreed to continue with the massage.
However, when Travolta began masturbating and made derogatory comments about how he became successful through s**ual favors, the therapist threatened to call the police.
Travolta drove him back, calling him selfish and a loser along the way.
He paid the therapist $800, double the agreed-upon fee.
Travolta's lawyer has stated that it is easily provable that Travolta was not in California on the day of the first incident, as he was on the East Coast working on a movie.
They also argue that media reports show Travolta was in Atlanta working on another movie on the date of the second incident.
The lawyer believes that both claims will be proven false in court.
