In a shocking turn of events, actor John Travolta has been named in a criminal complaint by a 21-year-old masseur who alleges that Travolta s**ually assaulted him back in 2000.
According to the police report, the masseur claims that Travolta groped his bare buttocks and exposed himself during a deep body massage at the LaQuinta Hotel in Palm Springs, California.
The incident allegedly took place around 1:30 am on February 15, 2000.
The report further reveals that Travolta made explicit and lewd remarks about gay fantasies while at the hotel's spa facility.
In an attempt to have a more intimate massage, Travolta reportedly removed his towel, exposing his buttocks to the male spa employee.
While the employee tried to cover Travolta's buttocks with a towel, the actor repeatedly removed it.
The masseur then performed a “Citrus Scrub” on Travolta in another room.
During this treatment, Travolta, a devoted Scientologist, made comments about the masseur's attractiveness and claimed to be aroused.
Afterward, they entered the steam room together, both initially wearing towels.
However, the masseur alleges that Travolta removed his towel, leaving him nude.
Travolta then offered to demonstrate his own massage techniques on the masseur.
As the masseur lay on his stomach, Travolta reached under his towel and began rubbing his inner thigh and bare buttocks.
Feeling uncomfortable, the masseur left the room, and Travolta followed, making lewd comments and suggesting they shower together.
The masseur reported the incident to the Palm Springs Sheriff's Department, but by the time Officer Mark Peters arrived at the hotel, Travolta had already checked out.
The case was subsequently closed as unfounded, with Peters advising the masseur to consult with a civil attorney.
This is not the first time Travolta has faced allegations of misconduct during a massage.
In 2012, he was sued by a male masseur who claimed that Travolta had attempted to have s** with him during a therapy session at a luxury hotel in Beverly Hills.
Travolta, who has consistently denied being gay, was accused of touching the therapist's genitals and making inappropriate advances during the session.
The lawsuit sought more than $2 million in damages, but Travolta vehemently denied the claims, calling them “complete fiction and fabrication.”
It is worth noting that rumors about Travolta's sexuality have plagued his career since its early days.
Whispers about his alleged double life and his marriage being arranged by the Church of Scientology have circulated for years.
However, these rumors have never been substantiated.
The current accusation against Travolta has generated significant controversy, with the masseur's lawyer claiming that his client feels threatened by Travolta's power and influence in Hollywood.
The lawyer alleges that Travolta made explicit threats against the masseur and holds him accountable for his actions.
As the legal battle unfolds, it remains to be seen how this latest accusation will impact Travolta's reputation and career.
