Amanda Bynes Reveals Truth Behind Infamous Drake Tweet

After a long hiatus from the spotlight, has resurfaced in an interview with entertainment YouTube channel Hollyscoop.

It has been seven years since her last film appearance in Easy A and four years since her last interview.

During 2012 and 2013, the former child star faced a tumultuous period marked by a series of controversial incidents, including a D.U.I., a marijuana possession arrest involving a thrown bong out of a high-rise window, and hospitalization for a mental health evaluation.

In a recent video released on Friday, Bynes candidly addressed some of her past controversial actions, notably a tweet that garnered attention before her legal troubles began.

The tweet in question expressed her desire for to “murder [her] vag|na,” which had stirred reactions, with the rapper responding that he found it bizarre and unsettling.

Reflecting on the tweet, Bynes clarified her intentions, stating that despite the provocative language used, she was sincere but under the influence of drugs at the time.

She explained that it was her way of humorously expressing interest while not being fully aware of her actions due to substance use.

Furthermore, Bynes shared her aspirations to reignite her acting career.

Known for her roles in TV series like What I Like About You and The Amanda Show on Nickelodeon, she expressed a keen interest in returning to television.

Her future plans include making guest appearances on shows she admires and potentially starring in her own TV program.

In addition to discussing her professional ambitions, Bynes disclosed details about her activities post-rehabilitation, such as engaging in outdoor pursuits like hiking and spinning, volunteering to assist the homeless, and pursuing a fashion education at F.I.D.M.

She revealed her newfound passion for sewing and pattern-making, hinting at a desire to launch her own clothing line in the future.

Moreover, she has been collaborating with designer Michael Costello, who expressed interest in mentoring her in the field of fashion design and assisting her with her sketches and designs.

Given the current trend of TV show reboots, there is potential for to make a successful comeback in both the entertainment industry and the fashion world.

With her creative endeavors and supportive collaborations, she may soon find herself back in the limelight, possibly even reuniting with former colleagues for projects reminiscent of her earlier work.
