Comedian Andy Dick, a 57-year-old veteran of the entertainment industry, was once again arrested in Southern California.
The Riverside County sheriff's office announced that d–k has been charged with failing to register as a s** offender and public intoxication.
According to online jail records, d–k was apprehended at O'Hara's Tavern in Lake Elsinore, located about 55 miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles.
The arrest followed a call reporting an intoxicated individual who may have been under the influence of narcotics.
During a routine check of records, it was discovered that Dick, a registered s** offender, had not kept his registration up-to-date.
After posting bail amounting to $5,000, d–k was released later on Friday.
This arrest comes after his conviction in November 2022 for groping an Uber driver in 2018, which mandated his registration as a s** offender.
It is worth noting that this incident was just one in a series of allegations accusing d–k of s**ual harassment.
One of his previous arrests occurred in May 2022 at an RV park in Orange County, and the entire event was caught on camera.
However, the case was ultimately dropped when the alleged victim ceased cooperating with investigators.
In 2017, d–k faced significant consequences when he was fired from the film “Raising Buchanan” due to numerous publicly reported accusations against him.
