Bill Cosby Faces s**ual Assault Lawsuit by 9 Women in Nevada

In a recent development, nine women have filed a s**ual assault lawsuit against in Nevada.

This comes just weeks after the state passed a law that eliminates the statute of limitations for civil cases.

The lawsuit, which was filed in U.S. District Court for Nevada, accuses Cosby of using his power and fame to isolate and s**ually assault each of the nine women involved.

The women named in the lawsuit include Janice Dickinson, Lise-Lotte Lublin, Janice Baker Kinney, Lili Bernard, Heidi Thomas, Linda Kirkpatrick, Rebecca Cooper, Pam Joy Abeyta, and Angela Leslie.

NBC News Daily anchor Kate Snow will be conducting an exclusive interview with some of these women, which will air on Thursday.

It's important to note that Cosby has faced numerous public accusations of s**ual abuse from over 60 women.

Many of these allegations date back decades but are now being revived as states change their statutes regarding s**ual misconduct cases.

Cosby's spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt, has accused the women of being motivated by media attention and greed.

Although Cosby has consistently denied all allegations of s**ual abuse, he was found civilly liable last year for molesting Judy Huth at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles in 1975.

However, he has never faced any criminal convictions.

It is worth mentioning that Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo recently signed SB129, a law that eliminated the civil statute of limitations in s**ual abuse cases involving adults.

This new legislation played a crucial role in enabling the women to file this civil claim against Cosby.

Lise-Lotte Lublin, a Nevada native, is one of the women involved in the lawsuit.

She has publicly accused Cosby of drugging her at a Las Vegas hotel in 1989.

According to the lawsuit, Cosby gave her drinks that were meant to help her relax but ended up causing disorientation.

He then assaulted her.

Another woman, Janice Baker-Kinney, claims that she was invited to a party at Cosby's home in Reno in 1982.

When she arrived, Cosby drugged her and assaulted her while she was unconscious.

Heidi Thomas testified in the criminal case against Cosby in 2018, accusing him of flying her to his home in Reno under the pretense of helping her career.

However, she was drugged and woke up to Cosby assaulting her.

Lili Bernard, another woman involved in the lawsuit, met Cosby in 1990 and was promised a mentoring session.

Instead, she was drugged and raped by Cosby.

The other women in the lawsuit have similar stories, with Cosby allegedly drugging them before assaulting them.

Linda Kirkpatrick, Rebecca Cooper, Janice Dickinson, Angela Leslie, and Pam Joy Abeyta have all come forward with their experiences of assault.

It is important to remember that Cosby still faces a civil lawsuit in California filed by former Playboy model Victoria Valentino.

She accuses Cosby of drugging and raping her in 1969.

This latest lawsuit adds to the numerous allegations against Cosby, shedding further light on the extent of his alleged misconduct.

As the legal proceedings unfold, it remains to be seen how these cases will ultimately impact Cosby's reputation and future.
