According to the report unveiled on Thursday, Saget met his demise due to a fall in which he struck the back of his head and the base of his skull, leading to severe brain bleeding and fractures in his skull.
Dr. John Torres from NBC delved into the details of the autopsy findings, revealing that Saget suffered from both a subdural hematoma and a subarachnoid hematoma, indicating bleeding in distinct areas of his brain.
