Actress Jane Seymour, known for her role as Bond girl Solitaire in the 1973 spy film Live and Let Die, recently shared an embarrassing moment from the set.
During a romantic bedroom scene with her co-star Sir Roger Moore, Seymour admits that she fell asleep.
Seymour’s career took off after landing the coveted role in the James Bond movie.
However, she revealed that filming the love scene with Moore was not as glamorous as it seemed.
The actress blames the lighting crew for leaving her alone in bed while they made technical adjustments, causing her to doze off.
The humiliation hit Seymour when she woke up to realize that she had been sleeping during the shoot.
She expressed her mortification, saying, “Being in bed with Roger Moore for the love scene was so embarrassing.
We had to do it so many times I fell asleep during one of the many pauses while they changed the lighting, and they didn’t wake me up until they were ready to go.”
To add insult to injury, someone had even handed her a cup of tea while she was sleeping, which was captured in a photo of Seymour and Moore sipping tea in bed.
