Britney Spears, the renowned singer, has opened up about her past affair with Wade Robson, who is known for accusing Michael Jackson of abuse, in her upcoming autobiography ‘The Woman in Me'.
Originally scheduled for release on 24th October, the book made an early appearance in Mexico.
Rumors have circulated for years that Britney cheated on her then-boyfriend Justin Timberlake with Australian choreographer Wade Robson.
The couple, Britney and Justin, parted ways in 2002 after a three-year relationship.
Speculation heightened when Justin released the song ‘Cry Me a River' in 2002, hinting at infidelity on Britney's part.
In her memoir, Britney confirms the encounter with Wade, stating, “We were out one night at a Spanish bar.
We danced and danced.
I made out with him that night.”
Despite this incident, Britney claims she remained faithful to Justin except for that one instance.
Surprisingly, they managed to reconcile and move forward together.
Wade Robson played a significant role in Britney's career, choreographing her music videos for ‘Oops…
I Did it Again' and ‘I'm a Slave 4 U', as well as her concert special ‘Live from Las Vegas'.
Britney expressed admiration for Wade back in 2000 during an interview with Good Morning America, praising his talent and calling him a genius.
While Wade led a relatively private life, he gained prominence after alleging in the 2019 documentary ‘Leaving Neverland' that he was a victim of childhood abuse by Michael Jackson.
Justin Timberlake, now happily settled with his wife Jessica Biel and their two children, reportedly struggles to come to terms with the revelations disclosed in Britney's autobiography.
In another revelation in her memoir, Britney discloses that she decided to terminate a pregnancy with Justin when they were both 19.
Recalling the emotional turmoil of that decision, she expressed, “I loved Justin so deeply.
I always envisioned us starting a family together.
This unexpected situation brought that dream crashing down.”
However, Justin was not ready to embrace parenthood at that time, leading to their decision to abort.
Britney described the experience as one of the most heart-wrenching moments in her life, highlighting the challenges and pain she endured during that period.
