Charlize Theron’s Children Unimpressed by Her Dior Campaigns

Charlize Theron recently opened up about her daughters' reactions to seeing her on Dior billboards.

During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the Bombshell actress revealed that her children, 10-year-old Jackson and seven-year-old August, are not particularly thrilled about her beauty campaigns for the renowned French luxury fashion brand.

According to Theron, her daughters are a bit puzzled about her work, with the younger one expressing concerns that it seems like their mom cannot hold down a job.

The older daughter, now a pre-teen, has had moments of embarrassment, notably when they were at an airport and she spotted her mother featured on a Dior billboard without a shirt.

Theron humorously recounted her daughter's reaction, urging her to cover up and exclaiming, “Put a shirt on!”

In response to her children's mixed feelings, Theron quipped, “That will pay for your college!”

Despite the humorous exchange, the 47-year-old actress emphasized that, like any mother, she simply wants to make her kids proud.

Having been the face of Dior for almost twenty years, Theron reflected on her journey with the brand.

Recalling her initial billboard appearance for the movie “2 Days in the Valley” in 1996, she admitted feeling overwhelmed by the experience.

Standing on Sunset Boulevard, she reminisced about her reluctance to be portrayed in white lingerie again, yearning for more diverse and challenging roles back then.
