Courtney Love Reveals Affair with Gavin Rossdale, Gwen Stefani’s Ex-Husband

In a surprising revelation, Courtney Love has admitted to having an extramarital affair with Gavin Rossdale, the former husband of American musician Gwen Stefani.

According to The Mirror, Love claimed that Stefani was aware of their relationship.

Love made this confession during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show on Sirius XM Radio.

She disclosed that her affair with Rossdale lasted for over eight months and described him as being “good in bed.”

Love also expressed that they had a great time together and even had thoughts of getting married.

“We were like, ‘Let's go spend our rock star money,'” Love shared with US Weekly.

She further added, “He was lovely.”

However, their fling eventually ended, and Love faced significant backlash for her involvement with Rossdale.

During the interview, Love addressed the criticism she received, stating, “Everyone gave me so much shit because Gavin sounded a lot like Kurt.

But man, he was such an Adonis in his day!

He got good in bed… something happened.

Maybe Gwen taught him, for all I know,” as reported by Glamour.

Stefani and Rossdale tied the knot in 2002 and have three children together: Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.

Love also revealed that Stefani was aware of her husband's affair, saying, “Yes.

She does know…We didn't have a lot of pressure on each other, but we did like each other quite a bit.”

Confirming this information, Stern asked, “You mean he was having s** with you while he was with her?”

to which Love responded, “Everyone, yeah, and a few other people.”

This is not the first time Rossdale has been involved in relationship scandals.

In 2004, Stefani discovered that British model Daisy Lowe was Rossdale's secret lovechild through DNA tests, causing significant distress, as reported by The Daily Mail.

Daisy Lowe was born in 1989 during Rossdale's relationship with singer Pearl Lowe.

However, both Stefani and Rossdale have chosen not to comment on Love's recent claims.

It is worth noting that Love's former husband, Kurt Cobain, tragically passed away in 1994.

Cobain, who was a member of Nirvana, achieved great success and even surpassed Michael Jackson's Dangerous on the pop charts in January 1992.

He and Love got married on February 24, 1992, in Hawaii.

According to the New York Post, author Charles R. Cross commented on their unconventional wedding, stating, “Well, they were both pretty unconventional people.

I think the idea of the wedding in a church; I couldn't imagine that happening in a billion years.”

Unfortunately, their love story came to an end with Cobain's untimely suicide two years later.

Cross further explained, “Kurt Cobain picked Courtney Love, and Courtney Love picked Kurt Cobain.

No matter how flawed they were at times as individuals, they were two people that loved each other.”

Their relationship was heavily impacted by Cobain's drug addiction, particularly his struggle with heroin.

While Love has faced allegations regarding Cobain's death, she candidly expressed her emotions to Rolling Stone, saying, “And the best thing to do was to pray for him and show him joy, so he could feel the vibration of the joy.

But now I know he's dissipated, and he's gone.

There's not anything left.”

As for Stefani, she recently shared a video titled “Blooming 2024” featuring glimpses of her partner, Blake Shelton, amidst rumors of their separation.

Shelton also made headlines for his purchase of a new $20,000 tractor, coinciding with his absence from his wife's side on New Year's Eve.
