Dakota Johnson recently disclosed that she endured a whiplash injury during the filming of the infamous movie, Fifty Shades Of Grey.
During the shoot in the well-known Red Room of Pain alongside Jamie Dornan, the actress shared that she sustained the injury.
In an interview with Yahoo, Johnson recounted the incident, stating, “Jamie was tossing me onto a bed.
We did 17 takes, so my head kept snapping back throughout the day, and the next morning, I found myself unable to move my neck.
It was truly awful.”
Dornan chimed in, saying, “I don't recall ever injuring myself during the process, but I believe Dakota bore the brunt of it!
She has mentioned how she ended up with bruises after some intense scenes in the Red Room.”
The premiere of the film, adapted from the popular novel, faced opposition from a domestic violence protest group in London's Leicester Square, alleging that the movie romanticizes abusive relationships – an accusation Johnson refuted before the premiere.
