Charlie Sheen, 56, shares two daughters, Sami (17) and Lola (16), with Denise Richards, 50.

During the court proceedings, Richards was not present as she was traveling for work, as she explained on Instagram.

The source close to Richards revealed that she was completely blindsided by the court date and the ruling, stating that Sheen had filed for the change in child support two years ago and continuously delayed the court date.

Addressing the living arrangements, the source clarified that Lola does not live with Charlie but rather resides with both of her parents.

The source clarified that Sami has been living with Sheen since July, contrary to what was stated in court, which claimed she moved in with him in April.
