Federal Agents Clear Two Doctors in Heath Ledger’s Prescription Overdose Tragedy

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has announced that two physicians who prescribed medication to the late actor have been exonerated of any responsibility for his demise.

was discovered lifeless in his residence in New York due to an overdose of prescription drugs on January 22.

An examination revealed that Ledger passed away as a result of consuming a lethal combination of Vicodin, Oxycodone, tazepam, diazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine.

After reviewing the case, the medical examiner's office determined that the drugs should not have been taken concurrently, leading to Ledger experiencing difficulty breathing, ultimately causing him to drift into eternal slumber without reawakening.

Both medical professionals were absolved of providing the Vicodin and OxyContin found in Ledger's possession on the day of his tragic passing.
