Moreover, Katie had previously arranged a prenuptial agreement worth £40 million with her lawyer father.

This agreement entitled her to £2 million for each year of their five-year marriage, along with a trust fund set up for their 11-year-old daughter, Suri.

The settlement also contained provisions ensuring that Suri would not be associated with the controversial Church of Scientology, where Tom holds a prominent position.
