Lindsay Lohan’s 24th Birthday Bash Turns Ugly

Actress Lindsay Lohan encountered some unexpected blows on her birthday.

Allegedly, Lohan was struck in the face by a waitress during her 24th birthday celebration at a Los Angeles club, as per reports.

According to a witness who spoke to Us magazine's website, Lohan, who was seen drinking Red Bulls and concealing her SCRAM bracelet with thigh-high boots, was attacked at the Voyeur Nightclub on Santa Monica Boulevard.

The incident reportedly occurred due to the waitress's jealousy towards actor Doug Reinhardt, who was in the company of Lohan.

Seemingly out of envy, the waitress suddenly assaulted Lohan, causing quite a scene.

Lohan's response to the situation was to leave abruptly, with Reinhardt distancing himself from the altercation.

In a social media post at 1 a.m. Pacific time, Lohan herself confirmed the assault, revealing that she was unexpectedly punched by the waitress without any provocation.

Following this incident, Lohan's night took a turn for the worse.

She decided to attend a party at the nearby Rockstar House, only to come face to face with the same waitress once again, leading to a distressing encounter for the birthday girl.

Lohan's history with legal issues includes charges of reckless driving, drunken driving, and driving under the influence of cocaine back in 2007.

This resulted in probation and mandatory alcohol education courses for the actress.

Recently, Lohan found herself in hot water again after missing a court appearance, citing the theft of her passport during her time at the Cannes film festival in France.
