Margot Robbie’s Mom Warns Her About Partying with Will Smith Following Affair Rumors

Margot Robbie had a successful start to her career by collaborating with Hollywood powerhouses Leonardo DiCaprio and Will Smith.

However, even Robbie's family expressed concerns about her close relationship with Smith.

Robbie and Smith crossed paths during the production of the 2015 film Focus.

After a tumultuous journey that involved losing her luggage, Robbie admitted that she didn't appear her best for the Focus audition.

When Smith saw her presentation, he couldn't help but think, “Wow, she really doesn't want this job,” as he revealed in an interview with Collider.

Despite initial doubts, Robbie eventually secured the role alongside Smith, and their chemistry was undeniable.

Smith remarked, “You can't create chemistry.

You either have it or you don't.

And when she walked in, it was really palpable.”

The unexpected chemistry surprised Robbie as well.

In an interview with The National Student, she shared, “It was something neither of us were really expecting.

But for some reason when we walked into the room, we just really got along, and that continued throughout the shoot.”

Due to their on-screen chemistry and friendship, rumors circulated that Robbie and Smith were more than just friends.

Even Robbie's family questioned if there was something romantic between them.

However, Robbie vehemently denied any intimacy, stating, “It genuinely came out of nowhere and nothing… We weren't even at a party!

We're at work.

We weren't drunk.

We were between scenes on set!”

Robbie also faced similar rumors regarding her relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio, her co-star in The Wolf of Wall Street.

This indicated that the speculation surrounding her and Smith was merely part of the film industry's gossip mill.

As Robbie had the opportunity to work with both Smith and DiCaprio, people were curious about her experience.

However, she found it challenging to compare the two actors, saying, “I can't answer that!

I can't win, either way.”

She did manage to mention a common trait between them, jokingly stating, “They have extremely cute, um, profiles.”

Smith, intrigued by the comparison, playfully asked Robbie for a more definitive answer.

He humorously added, “Well, one of those profiles was huger than the other.”
