Louis Frederick John Spencer, Viscount Althorp, born on March 14, 1994, is set to inherit Princess Diana's childhood home, which comes as a surprise to royal family fans who may have expected it to go to her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry.
Louis, who is now 27 years old, is the nephew of Diana and the son of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer, and Victoria Lockwood.
The Mirror reports that Louis, known as a “Top Eligible Bachelor” by Tatler, will receive the Althorp Estate in Northampton, a grand 90-room residence spanning 100,000 sq.

Diana, who was raised in the aristocratic Spencer family, grew up on the Althorp Estate.
Louis, one of six siblings, will become the owner of this historic property.
His siblings include Lady Kitty Spencer, Lady Amelia Spencer, Lady Eliza Spencer, Samuel Aitken, and Edmund Spencer.
Louis, often noted for his resemblance to his cousin Prince Harry, is also the nephew of Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Jane Fellowes, Baroness Fellowes.
While he spent his early years in Cape Town with his elder sisters, he later moved to the UK and pursued his studies at the University of Edinburgh.
At the time of Louis's birth, he became a symbol of primogeniture, a traditional rule that prioritizes male heirs over female heirs if a younger brother is born.
However, the Succession to the Crown Act 2013 revised this rule, ensuring that younger brothers born after this date can no longer bypass older sisters in the line of succession.
Lady Kitty Spencer, the eldest daughter of the Spencer family, expressed her support for Louis inheriting the title of the 10th Earl Spencer.
She acknowledged the evolving attitudes towards primogeniture and stated that they have grown up knowing that Louis would assume this responsibility and excel at it.
In 2015, Princess Diana's brother, the current Earl Spencer, shared his contentment with the tradition of primogeniture.
While he acknowledged that Kitty could inherit the estate, he explained that choosing her would go against the longstanding tradition associated with Althorp.
The Althorp Estate, dating back to 1508, is an awe-inspiring property with 90 rooms, vast grounds, and a portrait gallery.
In addition to Althorp, the Spencer family also owns residences in London, Norfolk, Warwickshire, and South Africa.
Louis gained public attention after attending Prince Harry's wedding in 2018, leaving many curious about his relationship status.
Even award-winning singer Nicki Minaj expressed admiration for him, sharing their encounter on Instagram and jokingly mentioning marriage.
According to friends, Louis is described as a reserved individual and a talented actor.
Those close to him have spoken highly of his genuine, kind nature and his potential to become an exceptional actor.
Despite his notable lineage, Louis prefers to keep a low profile.
