Priscilla Presley Denies Underage Relationship with Elvis Presley in New Film Premiere

Priscilla Presley, the former spouse of the legendary Elvis Presley, has once again refuted claims of any inappropriate relationship with the singer when she was a minor.

Speaking at a press event during the Venice Film Festival ahead of the screening of Sofia Coppola's latest film ‘Priscilla,' which is inspired by her 1985 memoir ‘Elvis and Me,' Priscilla addressed the allegations head-on.

Their acquaintance dates back to when Priscilla, aged 14, first met the 24-year-old Elvis, sparking what would later become a significant relationship.

Contrary to speculation, Priscilla shared that their dynamic was rooted in mutual respect.

She recounted how they hit it off instantly upon their initial encounter at a military base in Germany, citing their ability to communicate openly as a key aspect of their connection, as per People magazine.

Dismissing assumptions about their intimacy, Priscilla, now 78, asserted, “People think, ‘Oh, it was s=x.' No, it wasn't.

I never had s=x with him.”

She elaborated on Elvis's gentle demeanor and his regard for her age, underscoring their intellectual compatibility as the cornerstone of their bond.

Priscilla attributed Elvis's attraction to her willingness to lend him an ear and offer emotional support, which fostered a deepening of their relationship even after Elvis returned to the United States.

Reflecting on their history, Priscilla described Elvis as “the love of my life” while acknowledging the complexities that led to their separation in 1972.
