A Disturbing Tale of s**ual Abuse Unveiled at R. Kelly’s Trial
In a shocking revelation, a woman referred to as Jane, who is now 37 years old, testified on Thursday that she was s**ually abused by R&B singer R. Kelly “hundreds” of times before she reached the age of 18.
Jane, whose real name is being withheld for legal reasons, took the stand at Kelly’s trial on charges of child p0rn0 and obstruction of justice.
She recounted her disturbing experiences, stating that the abuse began when she was just 15 years old, but it had started even earlier.
Jane revealed that in the late 1990s, when she was only 13, she admired Kelly so much that she asked him to be her godfather.
However, her innocent request quickly turned into a nightmare when Kelly started making s**ual advances towards her.
At the age of 14, he touched her inappropriately at a recording studio in Chicago.
As time went on, the abuse escalated, and she stated that he first engaged in s**ual intercourse with her when she was 15 years old.

She explained that due to her involvement in a touring musical group since the age of 12, she was homeschooled.
Her first encounter with Kelly occurred in the late 1990s when she accompanied her aunt, a professional singer who collaborated with Kelly, to his recording studio.
After this initial meeting, Jane informed her parents that she wanted Kelly to be her godfather.
As Jane continued her testimony, her demeanor became more composed, and she answered questions matter-of-factly.
Prosecutors claimed that Kelly filmed Jane in a log cabin-themed room at his residence in North Side Chicago between 1998 and 2000.
The video allegedly shows Jane referring to Kelly as “daddy.”
Federal authorities assert that the s**ual encounters between Jane and Kelly took place repeatedly over the years, spanning various locations such as his homes, recording studios, and tour buses.
