Sean “Diddy” Combs, the media mogul, is facing yet another lawsuit accusing him of s**ual assault.
The complaint, filed in Manhattan, alleges that Combs, along with two other men, gang-raped a woman when she was 17 years old in New York City back in 2003.
The woman, who remains unnamed, claims that she met the two men at a lounge in Detroit before they flew her to a recording studio in New York on a private plane.
According to the complaint, after arriving in New York, Combs and the two men provided the woman with drugs and alcohol, causing her to become disoriented and lose consciousness.
They then allegedly took turns raping her while she drifted in and out of consciousness.
Following the assaults, the woman says she curled up in the fetal position on the floor.
Eventually, she was flown back to Michigan.
Combs has vehemently denied the allegations, stating that he has been silent for weeks as people attempt to destroy his reputation and legacy.
He asserts that the accusations are false and that he will fight for his name, family, and the truth.
On the other hand, the woman’s attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, claims that the defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a s** trafficking scheme, involving drugs, alcohol, and transportation by private jet.
Wigdor emphasizes that these abhorrent acts have left a lasting impact on his client.
This latest lawsuit comes after singer-songwriter Cassie filed the first lawsuit against Combs on November 16.
In her complaint, Cassie accused Combs of rape, years of control, and physical abuse.
The case was settled confidentially just one day after it was filed, leaving no information about the settlement available to the public.
Shortly after Cassie’s lawsuit, two more women came forward and filed lawsuits against Combs, accusing him of s**ual assault.
Combs has consistently denied all the allegations made against him.
