In the latest development surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs, the media mogul has been hit with yet another lawsuit accusing him of s**ual assault.
The anonymous plaintiff claims that Combs, along with two other men, gang-raped her in New York back in 2003 when she was just 17 years old and Combs was 34.
According to the complaint filed in Manhattan and reviewed by EW, the woman alleges that she met the two men at a lounge in Detroit and was then taken to a recording studio in New York on a private plane.
Upon arrival, the woman claims in the complaint that Combs and the two men drugged her with substances and provided her with alcohol.
She further alleges that they took turns s**ually assaulting her while she drifted in and out of consciousness.
Following the alleged assaults, she states that she curled up on the floor in a fetal position.
Eventually, she was flown back to Michigan.
Combs, however, vehemently denies these allegations.
In a statement to EW, he expressed his frustration with the situation, saying, “Enough is enough.
For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.
Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.
Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged.
I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth.”
The woman’s attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor, released his own statement, claiming that the defendants preyed on a vulnerable teenager as part of a s** trafficking scheme.
He asserts that they provided her with drugs and alcohol and transported her via private jet to New York City.
Wigdor emphasizes the lasting impact these abhorrent acts have had on his client’s life.
This is the fourth lawsuit Combs has faced in recent times.
The initial one was filed by singer-songwriter Cassie, who accused him of rape, control, and physical abuse.
The lawsuit was settled the day after it was filed, with no public disclosure of the settlement terms.
Shortly thereafter, two more lawsuits were brought against Combs, each alleging s**ual assault.
Combs continues to deny all of the allegations made against him.
