Selena Gomez’s Embarrassing Confession Before Ed Sheeran’s Concert

Selena Gomez, the 27-year-old singer of “Lose You to Love Me,” revealed a rather personal anecdote during her recent appearance on U.K.'s KISS FM.

In a segment called “Liar, Liar,” where she had to share two false stories and one true incident, Gomez confessed to a unique experience she had before attending Ed Sheeran's concert.

Recalling the time when Ed Sheeran, 28, was performing at the Hollywood Bowl and she was stuck in heavy traffic with her friends, Gomez humorously disclosed, “I was very uncomfortable, let's say, down there.”

Gesturing towards her lower body, she admitted with a grin, “So I will say that it was the first time that I had maybe soiled my pants a bit.”

Despite the awkward situation, Gomez's excitement for the concert outweighed her discomfort.

She cleverly improvised by wrapping a sweater around herself and managed to enjoy the show without leaving.

The singer shared that this incident occurred in the car while she was accompanied by her friends, emphasizing that it was a story she had never revealed before.

Laughing about the revelation, Gomez remarked, “I can't wait to see the headlines on this one.”

Speculating on Ed Sheeran's probable reaction, she commented, “Honestly, he's probably like, ‘That's fine.

Good for her.'”

During the same interview, Gomez also talked about her deep bond with Taylor Swift, describing how the 30-year-old pop star was one of the first individuals to listen to her new music.

Recalling the moment when she played the music video for “Lose You to Love Me” for Taylor Swift, Gomez expressed her gratitude, saying it was a profound experience since they have been friends for more than a decade.

Gomez recounted how emotional Taylor Swift and her mother, Andrea Swift, became after watching the video.

She reflected, “Her and her mom just started crying — like just tears and tears.”

The singer became emotional herself, mentioning how proud they were of her as she embarked on a new chapter in her life.
