Sophie Turner, known for her role in Game of Thrones, had a fun night out with friends and castmates just days before her husband, Joe Jonas, filed for divorce.
The 34-year-old singer filed for divorce from Turner, his wife of four years, in Miami on Tuesday, citing that the marriage was irretrievably broken.
Three days prior to the filing, Turner, 27, attended a wrap party at Birmingham bar Dropshot in the UK to celebrate the completion of filming for her new ITV show, Joan.
According to the bar manager, Hezron Stephenson, Turner was wearing a floral dress and seemed to be in high spirits throughout the night.
She mingled with her castmates and friends, playing beer pong, pool, and even sang karaoke.
Stephenson described Turner as down to earth, sweet, and very chill.
He mentioned that she even paid for a round of shots and complimented him on making the best mojito she had ever tasted.
They also had a friendly conversation about people they knew who attended the same school as Turner.
The party ended at around 2 a.m., with Turner dancing to Eminem.
This news of Turner's enjoyable evening comes shortly after both Turner and Jonas released a joint statement regarding their divorce, expressing that it was a mutual decision and requesting privacy.
According to an insider, the separation did not come as a surprise to those close to the couple, as they had been living separate lives for months.
Despite their differences, they hope to resolve the divorce amicably.
Jonas' lawyer has filed a summons against Turner, giving her 20 days to respond to the lawsuit.
Turner and Jonas have two children together, Willa and another daughter referred to as D.J.
in the divorce documents.
Currently, the children are residing with their father.
The couple got married in 2019, having two wedding ceremonies – one in Las Vegas and another in France.
