Steve Irwin’s Close Friend Reveals Eerie Farewell Speech Before Tragic Death

In a shocking revelation, it has been disclosed that the late Crocodile Hunter, Steve Irwin, delivered a peculiar farewell speech shortly before his untimely demise.

Irwin, who tragically passed away at the age of 44 in September 2006, suffered a fatal injury after being struck in the chest by a stingray barb while filming a documentary titled “Ocean’s Deadliest” in Queensland, Australia.

Astonishingly, members of the crew had even prepared wills in anticipation of the dangerous shoot.

During an appearance on the I’ve Got News For You podcast, John Stainton, Irwin’s best friend, shared details about the unsettling speech.

Stainton admitted that a few days prior to commencing the show, Irwin addressed the crew, which included Stainton himself.

The speech left an indelible impression on Stainton, describing it as “very weird.”

Irwin expressed gratitude towards the crew for their support and acknowledged their contributions to his research trip and the upcoming movie.

Stainton likened it to a “finale” speech, further adding to its eerie nature.

Stainton also revealed that he, too, had experienced a sense of foreboding surrounding the filming.

He confessed to having made a will due to the ominous atmosphere.

Despite his reservations, Stainton attempted to have the show canceled but was unsuccessful as the Discovery Channel had already paid the crew.

He explained that he felt uncomfortable with the production and had a premonition in January that something terrible would happen that year.

This intuition was so strong that he underwent medical tests, including CAT scans, which yielded no abnormalities.

In June, Stainton even went as far as creating a will, convinced that his life was in jeopardy.

Steve Irwin’s tragic death left behind his wife, Terri, and their two children, Bindi and Robert.

However, his legacy extends beyond his immediate family.

Irwin’s contributions to wildlife conservation have been honored with a ship and an asteroid named after him.

Despite the eerie circumstances surrounding his final moments, Steve Irwin’s impact on the world of wildlife will forever be remembered.
