A recent police report reveals disturbing allegations against Sylvester Stallone and his late bodyguard, Michael de Luca, regarding the s–ual assault of a 16-year-old girl in Nevada over three decades ago.
The incident reportedly took place at the former Las Vegas Hilton Hotel on July 26, 1986.
Stallone, who was 40 years old at the time and filming a movie called Over the Top in the city, met the teenage girl at the hotel.
The police report, obtained by the Daily Mail, details how Stallone and de Luca pressured the teenager into engaging in s–ual activities with them.
Upon learning the girl's age after giving her an autograph, Stallone allegedly made suggestive comments, insinuating that he would kiss her at a later time in a way she wouldn't forget.
The following day, de Luca provided the girl with a key to Stallone's hotel room, where she engaged in consensual intercourse with Stallone while de Luca, then 27, remained in the bathroom.
It is noted that the age of consent in Nevada is 16.
The situation escalated when Stallone invited de Luca to join them, causing discomfort for the girl.
Despite her reluctance to engage in s–ual activities with the bodyguard, she felt compelled to comply.
Subsequently, de Luca proceeded to have non-consensual s=x with the teen, after which Stallone coerced her into performing oral s=x on him.
Although the girl did not experience physical force during the encounter, she expressed feeling intimidated throughout the ordeal, as stated in the police report.
Furthermore, the victim disclosed that Stallone threatened violence against her if she were to disclose the incident to anyone.
A concerned friend of the girl reported the incident to a hotel employee, prompting police involvement.
Despite being offered the opportunity to press charges, the girl declined, citing feelings of humiliation, shame, and fear.
She expressed a desire to avoid prosecution, indicating a reluctance to discuss the matter further.
It is worth mentioning that the police report was filed a year prior to Stallone's half-sister, Toni-Ann Filiti, accusing him of rape, an accusation that Stallone has vehemently denied.
Following the publication of the report by the Daily Mail, Stallone's representative, Michelle Bega, dismissed the allegations as baseless and asserted that the incident never occurred.
Bega emphasized that neither Stallone nor his team had any prior knowledge of the story before its recent publication, and they had not been contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding the matter.
