The Ellen DeGeneres Show Producers Face s**ual Harassment Allegations

Allegations of s**ual harassment have been made against producers of The Ellen DeGeneres Show by former employees, causing yet another controversy for the popular talk show.

According to a report by Buzzfeed News, Kevin Leman, the head writer and executive producer, has been accused of soliciting s**ual acts from an ex-employee during a company party.

Additionally, at least two other accounts of Leman groping production assistants have been reported.

The publication also reveals that nearly 12 former employees claim that Leman frequently asked junior workers explicit s**ual questions in the office, creating an uncomfortable environment where speaking out was seemingly impossible.

Jonathan Norman, another executive producer, is also facing allegations of attempting to perform oral s** on an employee.

Furthermore, five more employees have accused executive producer Ed Glavin of being “handsy with women,” while 47 others claim he used intimidation tactics to silence potential whistleblowers.

At present, Glavin has not responded to these allegations.

However, both Leman and Norman have issued statements defending themselves.

Leman stated, “I have devoted my career to working my way up from a PA over 17 years ago.

Although my job involves coming up with jokes that sometimes push the boundaries, I am appalled that my attempts at humor may have caused offense.”

He emphasized his commitment to treating everyone with kindness, inclusivity, and respect, expressing shock that such a “malicious and misleading article” could be published.

In Norman's statement, he denied any wrongdoing and claimed to have never received a complaint in his entire career.

He dismissed the accusations as part of a plot to harm the show.

As of now, Ellen DeGeneres herself has not responded to these allegations.

Prior to these latest claims, she did address reports of a toxic work environment.

Telepictures and Warner Bros Television have committed to launching an official investigation into those allegations.
