In a disheartening turn of events, Tom Sizemore has once again found himself on the wrong side of the law.
The actor was apprehended for drug possession, mirroring a similar incident from almost a year ago.
According to TMZ, law enforcement officers stopped Sizemore due to a traffic infraction in Glendale, California, at approximately 2:30 a.m. During the stop, they observed signs indicating he was impaired.
Following this observation, authorities conducted a search of the 58-year-old actor and discovered illicit substances.
Subsequently, Sizemore was formally charged with driving under the influence and possessing a controlled substance.
This recent arrest echoes a prior occurrence in early January 2019 when Burbank Police detained the “Twin Peaks” actor after discovering various illegal narcotics inside his vehicle.
Sizemore’s battle with substance abuse has been a longstanding struggle.
