Detailing the alleged affair in his book ‘The Making Of Some Like It Hot', Curtis discloses a clandestine relationship with the silver screen sensation that reportedly resulted in a pregnancy and a tragic miscarriage.

Their romantic entanglement reportedly transpired amidst the filming of the 1959 comedic hit Some Like It Hot, a project in which the duo shared the spotlight.

Curtis avows that their initial liaison dates back to 1950, with sparks reigniting in September of 1958.

According to the veteran actor, their involvement came to an end upon the completion of the movie's production.

This affair unfolded while Monroe was wedded to playwright Arthur Miller, and Curtis himself was married to Psycho actress Janet Leigh, who was expecting their second child, Jamie Lee Curtis.
