Wood Accuses Marilyn Manson of Rape and Torture During Relationship

In a shocking revelation, Evan Rachel Wood has come forward with allegations that her former boyfriend, , raped and tortured her throughout their relationship.

This comes in response to a lawsuit filed by Manson, where he claims that Wood and another woman, Ashley Gore, encouraged false accusations of s**ual abuse against him.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on March 2, accuses Wood and Gore of derailing Manson's successful career in music, TV, and film by portraying him as a rapist and abuser.

However, Wood's attorneys have now filed court papers seeking the dismissal of certain portions of Manson's complaint on First Amendment grounds.

A hearing on this motion is scheduled for December 13 before Judge Teresa A. Beaudet.

Wood, in a sworn declaration, challenges Manson's allegations in the lawsuit.

She reveals that their relationship began as a friendship during their collaboration on the film “Phantasmagoria” in 2006.

Wood was only 18 years old at the time, while Manson was 37.

They eventually entered into a romantic relationship that lasted on and off until 2010, during which they were often in the public eye.

According to Wood, the relationship turned abusive over time.

She claims that Manson raped her, tortured her, tied her up, beat her, starved her, deprived her of sleep, and even shocked sensitive parts of her body.

Additionally, Manson allegedly isolated her from friends and family, hacked into her email and social media accounts, and made threats against her life and the lives of her loved ones.

Wood asserts that her statements about the abuse inflicted by Manson are true and that she has no reason to doubt the accusations made by other survivors against him.

However, Manson's lawsuit argues that the false s**ual abuse allegations caused him to be dropped by his record label and manager, as well as lose his role in the TV show “American Gods.”

The lawsuit also targets Ashley Gore, accusing her of defamation.

It claims that she spread false information about Manson's 1996 short film called “Groupie,” alleging that it depicted child abuse and child pornography.

Manson's suit states that these statements by Gore are demonstrably false and accuses her of acting with reckless disregard for the truth.

According to Manson's lawsuit, Wood never accused him of abuse during the decade after their breakup until she met Gore.

The suit suggests that Gore manipulated Wood into launching an organized attack against Manson, using fabricated revelations of rape and abuse.

It also alleges that Wood and Gore forged a letter from an FBI agent to create the illusion of danger for Manson's alleged victims and their families.

The legal battle between Evan Rachel Wood and continues to unfold, with the upcoming hearing on Wood's motion to dismiss portions of Manson's complaint.

As more details emerge, the public awaits further developments in this harrowing case.
