Lana Del Rey recently revealed that she has been involved with numerous famous individuals throughout her career.
In an interview with Complex magazine for their August edition, the 27-year-old singer admitted to having relationships with various people in the industry.
However, she expressed her frustration that none of these connections helped jumpstart her music career.
During the interview, Lana shared details about her long-term relationship with the head of a label.
She believed that being involved with someone in a position of power would bring about positive changes in her career.
Unfortunately, this did not pan out as she had hoped.
Despite her experiences, she emphasized that none of the famous men she had been with played a role in securing her record deals, which she found annoying.
Recently, Lana Del Rey called it quits with her musician boyfriend, Barrie-James O'Neill, whom she had been dating since 2011.
The reason behind the split was her desire to feel liberated.
While she hinted at a potential reconciliation, she also acknowledged that there are certain issues that her ex-partner needs to address.
She chose not to elaborate further on these matters but made it clear that they had put a strain on their relationship and hindered her sense of freedom.
Since parting ways with O'Neill, Lana has been seen spending time with Vogue photographer Francesco Carrozzini.
They were spotted on dates in both Los Angeles and New York last month.
Sources close to the couple suggest that their new romance is already becoming serious.
In fact, Lana interrupted her tour to visit Carrozzini in New York, indicating the depth of their connection.
